I have questions about my customer account
We recommend that you create a customer account when you place an order as this will make it easier for us if we have to locate your order, for example. Plus, if you have a customer account, you can collect loyalty points! If you really don't want to create an account, you can always place an order as a guest.

To create your account, click on the icon to the right of the search bar in the top-right corner of our website.
Then click on "sign in", then "No account? Create one here."

To log in to your account, open the Lamazuna website and click on the sign-in icon (the head and shoulders) in the top-right corner, to the right of the search bar. Then simply enter your login details to access your account.
You earn loyalty points each time you make a purchase, and can continue to collect these points for as long as you wish. However, once you've converted them into a discount voucher, it must be used within one year.
Of course! Simply sign in to your account on the Lamazuna website and go to "Addresses". Then you can edit your current address and phone number or add new details! ????
To change your password, log in to your account by clicking on the head-and-shoulders icon in the top-right corner, then click on "Informations" / "Personal information" (top-left box). Scroll down to the "Nouveau mot de passe" / "New password" box, enter a new password, then click on "Sauvegarder" / "Save". It's as simple as that!
No need to panic! If you forget your password, you can click on "Forgot your password?" or "Reset my password" when you log in. You'll then receive an email from us. Simply click on the link in the email, then enter a new password!
For every euro you spend, you earn 1 loyalty point. You can accumulate loyalty points and redeem them on future purchases to get money off your order!
