I have questions about my order

I have no news of my orde I don't know where my order is.

You can also track your parcel with the tracking number received by email. If you don't have a number, let us know and we'll send you it!

Who will send out my order, and when ? . . .

Your orders are sent out by Audrey or Kellyne. From Monday to Thursday, orders placed before 12 noon are sent out the same day. Orders received before 10 a.m. on a Friday are also sent out the same day. After these times, the order is sent out the next day, except at the weekend. 

To ship our parcels, we use DPD or Colissimo, which deliver in 24-48 hours in mainland France and Belgium. It takes a little longer for the rest of the world. If you don't receive a tracking number automatically, either send us an email at or go through the contact page to request it. Whichever way, Alizée will receive your message and be able to help you out!

I received my order, but I don't have enough money in the bank and need to send some products back…

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. If you wish to return any products, please send an email to or get in touch via the contact page so we can tell you how to proceed. We'll refund your products within 48 hours of receiving them. You don't have to give us a reason. However, you will have to pay the cost of returning the items to us. If the 14-day time limit has expired, please get in touch by email at or via the contact page so we can try and find a solution together. 

I've received my order, but it's damaged… . . .

If a product is delivered to you damaged, let us know as soon as you receive it and send us a photo by email to or via the contact page. We can then take the necessary steps with the postal/delivery service. We will replace any damaged products and work with you to find a solution if the product in question is out of stock.

Oops! I've confirmed my order, but I'd like to change it! . . .

I'd like to pick up my order from your head office in Marches, but I can't find the opening times. . . .

You can come and collect your order from our offices from Monday to Friday at the following times:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Wednesday & Friday: 8 a.m. to 12 noon.

How much does delivery cost? . . .

DPD delivery costs:

- To a pickup point: €5.90 (free with purchases of over €19)

- Home delivery with Predict: €8.10 (free with purchases of over €50)

Colissimo delivery costs:

- Home delivery without signature: €6.40 (free with purchases of over €29)

How can I track my order? . . .

To track orders placed on our website, you can simply go to your account and click on the "order history" or "historique de mes commandes" box, where you'll be able to see the status of your order.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase? . . .

Yes, of course! Invoices are available from the order history (or "historique de mes commandes") section. In the order summary table, you'll see small PDF icons. Simply click on one to open or download your invoice.

I haven't received an order confirmation email… . . .

It's possible that our emails have gone into your spam or junk mail folder.

Can I cancel my order? . . .

If you've put items in your cart but haven't completed the checkout process, this isn't a problem. On the other hand, if your parcel has already left our premises, you would need to launch a return procedure. Just send an email to Alizée at She'll be happy to help you!
