I have questions about my order

I have no news of my order

Have you checked your tracking number? It was sent to you by email when your package was sent. The post office is available to answer all your questions regarding the arrival of this package. Post number: 3631.

Who will ship my order, and when?

Your order will be shipped by Olivier. He does his best to dispatch orders placed before 4 p.m. Monday to Friday the same day. Otherwise, the order is shipped the next day.

We go through the Colissimo service, which delivers in 5 days in mainland France and Belgium, a little longer for the rest of the world. If you do not automatically receive a tracking number, please ask us by sending an email to or through the contact page, Alizée will receive your request in both cases.

I received my order, but my banker does not agree and wants me to return a part...

You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of your order.

If you want to return products to us, send us an email at or via the contact page to see how. We will reimburse the product (s) within 48 hours of receiving it. You do not need to justify yourself, however the return costs are your responsibility.

After this legal deadline, contact us so that we can find a solution together, always by email at or via the contact page.

I received my order, but it is damaged...

If a product is delivered to you damaged, notify us upon receipt and send us a photo of it at (or always via the contact page) so that we can make the necessary arrangements with the Post Office. We will replace the damaged product or find a solution with you in case of out of stock.

Oops ... I validated my order, but I want to modify it!

Call us as soon as possible at during our opening hours! We will do our best to modify your order before it is dispatched.

Business hours :

Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Friday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

I would like to come and collect my order at your headquarters in Marche but I have not found the opening hours.

You can pick up your order from Monday to Friday at our offices. :)
