I have questions about the solid conditioner

What is the pH of the conditioner ? . . .

Our conditioner has a pH of 4.2.

Does the certified-organic solid conditioner contain silicones or silicone derivatives ? . . .

We don't use silicones in any of our formulas. Our conditioner is certified COSMOS Organic and made with 100% naturally derived ingredients. Our formulas are certified by Ecocert , and in order to obtain COSMOS Organic certification, no petrochemical derivatives – and therefore silicones – are authorized.

How long does the certified-organic conditioner last for ? . . .

It depends on the nature and length of your hair, and how often you use it. When we tested it on a panel of 12 volunteers, it lasted for about three to four months when used twice a week.

Does the conditioner fit inside the Lamazuna jar ? . . .

No, our organic conditioner and detangling* & nourishing conditioner won't fit in the Lamazuna jar as they're too big for it !

How many grams does this product weigh ? . . .

Our conditioner weighs approximately 73 grams.

Is it suitable for all hair types ? . . .

The conditioner can be used by all hair types. If you have very curly or frizzy hair, you should work it into your hair well with your fingers to make sure it's applied properly.

How should I apply the conditioner to my hair ? . . .

Wash your hair, squeeze out any excess water, then apply a small amount of conditioner to lengths and ends, either directly or with your fingers. Then rinse off !

Can the conditioner be used by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding ? . . .

Yes, of course, as it doesn't contain any essential oils.

Does the conditioner have to be left on the hair for a while before rinsing ? . . .

You don't have to leave it on, but if you do leave it on for a few minutes, your hair will benefit even more from the nourishing properties of coconut oil and the conditioning agents. It won't be as effective as a hair mask, but it will be good for your hair.

I find it difficult to work the conditioner through my hair. . . .

We suggest using a wide-toothed comb, which will make it easier to spread the conditioner and work it through lengths and ends. :) This will also make it easier to detangle your hair.
