How to use me?
Fold your Lamazuna Cup and insert it into the entrance of the vagina.
There are different ways to fold it:
- C-fold
- Rolled
- Shell fold
You can leave it in place for up to 6 hours.
The cup is inserted less deeply than a tampon. Once the cup is inserted, run your finger around it to make sure it is open properly.
Removing the cup: Next, after washing your hands, grasp the small stem and pinch the cup to create a vacuum, before gently removing it.
Then slide it out slowly. Empty it, rinse it under the tap, then reinsert it.
This protection is completely invisible. You will forget you are wearing it as it causes no discomfort.
The small perforations on the side create a suction effect that prevents any risk of leakage.

How do I maintain myself?
Before each use: Sterilise your cup by boiling it for 10 minutes.
During your period: Rinse it with cold water.
At the end of your period: Store your cup in its certified organic cotton pouch, not in an airtight box.
Has your CUP changed colour? Don't panic, this does not affect its effectiveness, it's just a matter of aesthetics!

Les recommandations évoluent depuis l'arrivée des premières cups. Nous conseillons de porter la cup entre 6 et 8h maximum.
Néanmoins, si vous avez la possibilité de la vider toutes les 4 à 6 heures cela permet de diminuer les risques d'infections bactériennes.
Bonjour, j'utilise ma cup depuis 3 ans mais elle est taché (de vieux sang?). Puis je quand même l'utiliser sans risque ? Je la lave à l'eau et au savon après chaque utilisation et la stérilise en début de chaque cycle.Une cup tâchée mais bien stérilisée peut être utilisée. Vous pouvez aussi essayer l'eau oxygénée qui fait des miracles sur les tâches de vieux sang !
Ma cup commence à se colorer. Elle n'est plus transparente comme à l'origine. Est-ce normal? Comment puis-je lui rendre son éclat?Vous pouvez essayer de la laisser tremper dans un mélange mi eau oxygénée, mi eau du robinet, toute une nuit. Elle sera comme neuve le lendemain.
