    Chew the tab to make a paste, then brush your teeth as usual.

    Ingredients that fight dental plaque and clean the teeth:

    1. Corn starch (ZEA MAYS STARCH*) and an abrasive agent (MICROCRYSTALLINE CELLULOSE) to help remove stains from the teeth, for a radiant smile.
    2. A surfactant (SODIUM LAUROYL GLUTAMATE) cleans the teeth and creates a foam.
    3. Bicarbonate of soda (SODIUM BICARBONATE), to act as an abrasive and make the pH more suitable for oral hygiene.

    Ingredients for fresh breath and good oral hygiene:

    1. SORBITOL and XYLITOL for a sweet, fresh flavour without the risk of cavities.
    2. Peppermint essential oil (MENTHA PIPERITA LEAF OIL*) for ultra-fresh breath, combined with MENTHOL* and organic mint powder (MENTHA PIPERITA LEAF POWDER*).
    3. Fluoride (SODIUM FLUORIDE) is anticariogenic.

    Binding ingredient: MAGNESIUM STEARATE

    Allergens naturally present in the essential oils: LINALOOL, LIMONENE.

      Do the toothpaste tabs contain fluoride?

      Our toothpaste tabs come in three flavours, and the only one that contains fluoride is the ultra-fresh mint flavour. But don't worry, we've done our research!

      When deciding on the fluoride concentration, we followed the recommendations of the French National Authority for Health (HAS) and the French National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products (ANSM).

      A 1,450 ppm concentration is considered perfectly safe, so we're happy – and your mouth is happy!

      How should I store my toothpaste tabs? ...

      We recommend that you keep your toothpaste tabs in an airtight container once you've opened the sachet. This will protect them from humidity, so they won't lose any of their effectiveness.

      We suggest three solutions: the toothpaste tabs jar, the stainless steel tin, or a small jar or container that you already have at home! 

      I swallowed a toothpaste tab by accident. Does it matter?

      Don't worry if you swallowed a toothpaste tab by accident. You won't come to any harm!

      This would only be a problem if you swallowed a large quantity, as some of the ingredients can have a laxative effect!
